Ingredients

600 grams of asparagus, 20 shrimps, carrots, 2 grams of salt, 2 spoons of cooking wine, 3 cloves of garlic


Practice:

1.Peel off the hard cuticle from the lower half of the asparagus, and keep the softer part of the upper half cut obliquely into sections.

2.Shrimp removes shrimp line and peels off the outer clams; it is marinated with an appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine

3. Peel the carrots, cut into small pieces for later use, peel 3 cloves of garlic, and smash them for later use;

Tips

Asparagus, shrimp, and carrot are all fast-cooking ingredients, so the cooking time should not be too long, otherwise the taste of the ingredients will be lost.
